PRINTIFY 3D — TERMS & CONDITIONS | الشروط والأحكام 

1. General | عام

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Printify 3D , Abu Dhabi, UAE. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms stated in this document. Printify 3D reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

تسري هذه الشروط على جميع الطلبات المقدمة إلى برينتفاي ثري دي، أبوظبي، الإمارات. بتقديم الطلب، يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط المذكورة في هذه الوثيقة.

2. Orders & Payment | الطلبات والدفع

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or the official website.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours.
  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins for custom orders. Full payment is required before delivery or collection.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, Tabby, Tamara, and online payment.
  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Printify 3D reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock or filament supply constraints, with a full refund issued within 14 business days.

يجب تأكيد جميع الطلبات كتابياً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الموقع الرسمي. يُشترط دفع 50% مقدماً قبل بدء الإنتاج للطلبات المخصصة.

3. Lead Times & Delivery | مواعيد التسليم

Because every product is printed on demand, lead times vary based on order volume and complexity.

  • Standard lead time: 7–25 business days depending on product and queue position.
  • Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee.
  • Delivery within Abu Dhabi is handled via our logistics partners (TOPEX / home delivery).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.
  • International shipping is available. Shipping costs will be communicated at the time of ordering.

مدة الإنتاج القياسية هي 7-25 يوم عمل. الشحن الدولي متاح وسعره يُحدد عند الطلب.

4. Cancellations & Refunds | الإلغاء والاسترداد

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After printing has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted for change of mind. However, defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in full in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15/2020).
  • We reserve the right to request photo or video evidence of any defect prior to processing a remedy.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Minor surface variations inherent to FDM 3D printing (layer lines, slight texture) are not considered defects.

يمكن إلغاء الطلبات خلال 12 ساعة من تقديمها. يتم رد المبالغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوم عمل.

5. Product Care & Limitations | العناية بالمنتج وحدود الاستخدام

All Printify 3D products are made from PLA-based materials. To ensure product longevity:

  • Do not expose products to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
  • Do not place near heat sources such as ovens, radiators, or direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Do not use with or submerge in hot water.
  • Products are for indoor decorative and functional use only.

جميع منتجات برينتفاي ثري دي مصنوعة من مواد PLA. لا تعرض المنتجات لدرجات حرارة تتجاوز 50 درجة مئوية، ولا تضعها بالقرب من مصادر الحرارة أو الماء الساخن.

6. Intellectual Property | الملكية الفكرية

All original designs created by Printify 3D remain the intellectual property of Printify 3D. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our original designs without written consent. Third-party designs printed at customer request are the responsibility of the customer with regard to copyright compliance.

تبقى جميع التصاميم الأصلية ملكاً فكرياً لبرينتفاي ثري دي. التصاميم المقدمة من العملاء تقع مسؤولية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بها على عاتق العميل.

7. Limitation of Liability | تحديد المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Printify 3D's liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable UAE Consumer Protection Law. Our products are decorative and functional accessories and are not certified for medical, structural, or safety-critical applications.

لا تتجاوز مسؤولية برينتفاي ثري دي قيمة الطلب المقدم، دون المساس بأي حق يكفله قانون حماية المستهلك الإماراتي.

8. Privacy & Data | الخصوصية والبيانات

Customer information (name, phone, address, email) is collected solely for order fulfilment and communication purposes, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us directly.

تُجمع بيانات العملاء لأغراض تنفيذ الطلبات فقط وفقاً للمرسوم الاتحادي رقم 45/2021. يحق للعميل طلب حذف بياناته في أي وقت.

9. Complaints | الشكاوى

Complaints can be submitted via WhatsApp or email. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a resolution is not reached, customers may contact the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) or the UAE Consumer Protection Authority.

10. Governing Law | القانون الحاكم

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم أبوظبي بالفصل في أي نزاع.
